Project Description

Ulusaba Private Game Reserve is located in the western section of Sabi Sand Reserve, near Kruger National Park in South Africa’s Mpumalanga province. Here, you will find Rock Lodge perched high on a hill with stunning panoramas over the savannah. This is a place where the view is king and there are endless opportunities to spot the roaming wildlife, all set against a backdrop of the dramatic Drakensberg Mountains. The view inside this lodge is just as spectacular with granite rock elements featured throughout. Each of the 10 rooms and suites reflect African tribal influences and style.

Naturally, maintaining this beautiful place is top priority. Ulusaba’s charitable arm emphasizes sustainable initiatives and now benefits over 35,000 people across six communities.

Reserve your spot for a superlative safari experience and explore this very special part of Africa.

Cub’s Club

While at Ulusaba, all kids are “cubs” and each is given a Cub’s Club backpack full of little goodies to entertain and educate them about the African bush. Rock Lodge is ideal for families with children as this is where the Cub’s Club is based.

It’s not a set programme, but rather a range of great activities for your cubs to choose from. Every cub’s room is complete with their very own amenities and a personal welcome letter, which includes a health and safety briefing.
